Bo’s Bar and Billiards was the scene of the second annual Rhode Island Senior Games Billiards Tournament held on Saturday, June 13th. Twelve participants from Rhode Island and Connecticut competed in a “King of the Table” 8 ball contest. After two hours of continuous play, the results are as follows:
In the 45-49 age division:
Gold – Edwar Gomez (tied for first)
Gold – Carlos Vejarano (tied for first)
Silver – Christian Cabrejos
In the 60-64 age division:
Gold – Robert Minnich
Silver – Everett Costa
In the 65-69 age division:
Gold – Mike Bobby
Silver – Dave Thomas Sr. (tied for 2nd)
Silver – Michael Berthod (tied for 2nd)
Bronze – Warren Alper
In the 70-74 age division:
Gold – George Bouchard
Silver – Tom Arcangeli
Bronze – Dave Belhumeur
